To make sure our STAGE II STI was running as good as possible, a 3" cataback was installed. After looking through many exhausts, and ebay exhaust was chosen as a test.

The 3" exhaust actually looked pretty nice and was 304 stainless. Only problem was that it was meant for the stock WRX STI downpipe and came with a donut-type flange. After trying to make it work, a flat-flange was ordered from jscspeed. The donut-style flange was cut from the ebay exhaust and the flat flange was welded on--still practicing welding skills ;-)

After noticing fitment issues, the exhaust was cut and re-welded to insure the muffler sat correctly. The exhaust would've probably fit pretty decently if it had been connected to the stock STI downpipe.
