.:HOME Toyota MR2 A2W Intercooler System
Well our attempt to get away without a water tank for my intercooler wasn't successfull. It seems that the Centripuppy water pump needs a little more weight to keep it primed. Since the a2w pump(centripuppy) is not self priming, we needed enough water pressure to make sure the pump primed everytime. A new medium size resevoir was buit to keep enough water in the system to keep the pump primed in all circumstances.

To clean the welds, I did alot of grinding/sanding, to make sure the whole thing almost look cast. I'm still working on Licoln electric 175t welding speed and gas settings. Currently I have the speed set at 8 and the gas at 25psi.
